
Passengers on Ryanair flight FR4548 from Bergamo to Chania experienced a significant disruption after the flight arrived at its destination with a delay of 4 hours and 17 minutes.
Under European Regulation EC 261/2004, passengers who reach their final destination more than three hours late may be entitled to financial compensation, unless the delay was caused by extraordinary circumstances.
As the distance between Bergamo and Chania is more than 1,500 km, eligible passengers may be entitled to €400 in compensation per person.
