Why we exist

Every year millions of passengers suffer delays, cancellations and overbooking. EU Regulation 261/2004 entitles them to up to €600 in compensation, but few claim it: many do not know they are entitled, others give up in the face of complicated forms, replies that never come and generic refusals.

DelayFlight24 was created to change that. We handle the whole claim, from checking the flight to going to court if the airline does not pay, and we only get paid if we get you compensated. The risk is ours, not yours.

How we work

We check your flight

We look at the route, times, cause of the disruption and the rules that apply. In 2 minutes you know whether you can claim and how much.

We handle the claim

We send the claim to the airline, the reminders and, if needed, a formal notice. A case handler follows your claim to the end.

If the airline refuses without good reason, we take it to court with our lawyers, at no cost to you.
