The fee applies to the amount of each compensated passenger, children included.
What you keep
The amount depends on the flight distance, not on the ticket price. This is what you receive for each passenger, after our fee and VAT.

For flights within the European Union over 3,500 km the compensation is €400.
And if the airline does not pay? We go all the way
Many airlines only pay when they realise we will not give up. If they refuse or do not reply, our lawyers take legal action, and you do not have to do anything.

Questions about costs
Do I have to pay anything to start?
No. Checking your flight and sending the claim is free. We don't ask for a credit card or any advance payment.
How do I receive the compensation?
The airline pays us and we send you your share by bank transfer, after our fee.
When does the 40% + VAT apply?
Only if the airline does not pay and the claim goes to the law firm we work with. From then on the fee stays at 40% + VAT, even if the airline pays before the judgment.
I travelled with other people: how does it work?
Every passenger is entitled to compensation, children included. The fee is calculated the same way on each person's amount.
Are there any other costs?
No. Handling the claim, legal costs and court costs are all included in the fee. If we lose, we pay them.
